A house is four walls and a roof.
A home is the backbone you grow from. It’s where memories get made. Where children and pets get raised. Where good times get remembered. Where the ideas you’ve been carrying around for years finally have somewhere to live.
A house can’t do that for you. Only a home can.

You’ll spend more hours with your builder this year than with most of your friends. You’ll trust them with more money than you’ve probably ever spent on anything. You’ll let them onto your land, into your plans, into a part of your life most people don’t see.
You can’t run that on a contract alone. You run it on four things: communication, education, trust, and the kind of understanding that comes from actually listening.
